|Cleaning pressure differential
The liquid flows in from the inlet and out from the inner surface of the filter element. The lower end of the filter element is connected to the outlet, the liquid flows out from the outlet, and the impurity particles are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter element; when a certain amount of impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, the cleaning program are performed as per the preset time or the set pressure difference. The geared motor/linder drives the scraper which is attached to the surface of the filter element to rotate, to scrape the impurities on the inner surface of the filter element. The impurities are scraped from the surface of the filter element along the scraper and falls into the bottom of the filter with the descending liquid, and the heavy impurities at the bottom are swept into the dirt collection chamber by the rotating sweeping board, and the impurities are accumulated in the dirt collection chamber and at the bottom of the filter. The drain valve is opened regularly, and the high-concentration liquid is discharged from the drain outlet and can be recycled.
