    Product Introduction:

     

    The UNITE U-ZC-G1 series cylinder-scraper & self-cleaning automatic filter removes the grain impurities on the inner surface of the filter element using mechanical scraping method and can filter continuously online. The U-ZC-G1 filter is mainly designed for high viscosity filtration and is suitable for the viscosity of up to 800,000mPa.s and the precision range of 50-1500μm. It can precisely filter and scrape the impurities off the surface of the filter element as quickly as possible, to remove more impurities efficiently. It is suitable for filtering water and various viscous liquids. The conventional filters are often blocked which it filter the viscous materials and soft impurities. Only large filters can be chosen or the filters should be cleaned by manual, so it requires large investment, heavy work, and leads to the seriously wasted materials. With advanced self-cleaning method, the U-ZC-G1 filter easily solves such problems. The filter elements are always kept clean and waste liquid with high concentration of impurities are discharged, to reduce the material waste. It has obvious advantages and higher efficiency in filtering poor-quality water and viscous material like adhesive, resins, polymers and greases.

    Operating Principle:
     
    [Filtering state] The liquid flows in from the inlet. The disc-shaped scraper with spring is attached to the inner surface of the filter element and mounted in the upper end of the filter element. The liquid flows through the scraper and out from the inner surface of the filter element. The impurities are intercepted on the inner surface and the liquid flows out from the outlet; as time goes by, the impurities are gradually increased, the pressure difference rises, and the filter element is rinsed according to the set pressure difference or set time.

    [Cleaning state] The cylinder-driven scraper reciprocates up and down to wash the filter element. When the scraper moves downward, the impurities are pushed to the bottom of the filter by the scraper, and large amount of impurities are deposited into the dirt collection chamber. When the scraper moves upward, the residual impurities are scraped and pushed to the upper end of the filter element. The impurities are flushed away by the flowing liquid and returned back to inner surface of the filter element through the scraper, and then are scraped off when the scraper moves downward. Each cleaning consists of several strokes. After the surface of filter element is cleaned, the normal filtering capacity of the filter is recovered. It can perform normal filtration during cleaning, with the flow is not interrupted.

    [Sewage Status] After many cleaning periods, a certain amount of impurities are accumulated, and the drain valve should be periodically opened, in order to discharge the waste liquid with high concentration impurities. If necessary, the waste liquid can be recovered.
